All purchases originated from www.snsautomationquebec.com are shipping wordwide .The shipping address provided at the time of checkout must be a valid and a complete. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.
Orders received before 13h on weekdays will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours.
Orders are only shipped during business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The processing times shown below are guidelines only and are not guaranteed processing times.Snsautomationquebec.com is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions, parcel volume by Fedex, Dicom or UPS courier delays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a Fedex, Dicom or UPS tracking number.Please note:
- The buyer assumes the risk of loss of parcels as soon as the parcel is delivered to the courier service who will deliver it.
- We do not ship to post office box.
- Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are non-refundable.
- You cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.
For major cities in Quebec and Ontario can take as little as 1-3 business days
All orders placed before 1 pm EST will be shipped on the same business day. For any orders placed after 1pm, best efforts will be made to ship the order on the same day or next business day.Return policy
All purchases originated from www.snsautomationquebec.com may be returned by mail for exchanges or reimbursement.
All returns by mail that were purchased from www.Snsautomationquebec.com must meet the following criteria:
- Merchandise is unused and in its original packaging.
- Returned merchandise must be received within 5 days of the purchase date.
- All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Only following this inspection will a refund be processed with the same tender, credit card orPayPal account.
- For any item(s) paid with Paypal, the refund will be applied to a credit card matching the same billing name on the invoice.
- The refunded amount will reflect the price of the item at the time of purchase and any applicable taxes.
- Item(s) that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to the customer; however a picture of the damaged item(s) needs to be sent firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item number.
- Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the abovementioned criteria will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
